Return & Refund Policy

All genuine leather jackets and vests are custom stitched according to the measurements you provide.

If you are submitting your body measurements, please allow an additional:

• 2–3 inches for the chest
• 2–3 inches for the stomach
• 2 inches for the seat

This ensures a comfortable fit when wearing the jacket over a shirt or light clothing.

If you are providing measurements from an existing jacket that already fits you well, you may submit the exact jacket measurements.

Please ensure all measurements are accurate before placing your order. Refunds cannot be provided for incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. However, if the product is defective or the sizing error was made on our end, you will be eligible for a refund or store credit.

To request a return, please email the following details to help@azymarket.com.au:

• Your order number
• Product ordered
• Reason for return
• Pickup address
• Best contact number

Once we receive your request, one of our team members will contact you within 24 hours to assist with the return process.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit. In most cases, we will arrange the return postage; however, in some situations the buyer may be required to cover the return shipping cost.

To qualify for a full refund or store credit equal to the amount paid, the following conditions must be met:

• A return request must be raised within 30 calendar days of receiving the product
• The item must be returned within 7 calendar days after the return request is approved
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• The item must not be damaged, worn, or altered
