Return & Refund Policy

Easy Return 

We understand that there are some situations where you will have to return the products. To return the product just email the following details to help@azymarket.com.au 

  1. Your order number
  2. Product Ordered
  3. Reason for return
  4. Pick up address
  5. Best contact number (just in case)

Once we receive your request one of our team members will get in touch with you within 24 hours to assist you with the return.

Once we receive the product we will process a full/partial refund or store credit equivalent to the amount paid. In most cases we will organise a return postage however in a few situation the buyer may have to pay the return postage.

In order to qualify for a full/partial refund or store credit equivalent to the amount paid you must

  • Raise a Return Request within 30 calendar days from the time you received the product
  • You must return the item within 7 calendar days from the time you raised a request.
  • The item should be returned in original packaging
  • The item should not be damaged or defective

Custom fit leather jackets: These jackets are stitched to the exact measurements you provide. If you have provided incorrect measurements then a refund will not be processed. If you are providing a measurement of a jacket you already use then you can provide the exact jacket measurement. However, if you are providing your body measurement please allow additional 2-3 inches to the chest, the stomach & 2 inches to the seat, so you can wear this jacket on a shirt.
